1\. Add Pulse network to your wallet using <https://chainlist.org/chain/369>\

2\. Connect your wallet to PulseX Dex - <https://app.pulsex.com/swap?chain=pulsechain>\
\
3\. Add the contract address for pOHM under \
"Select Token"\
\
4\. Swap eligible tokens of pOHM.  Once the tx is confirmed your pOHM will show on our DAPP.&#x20;
